JTs Advisory Group LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information collected through jtsadvisorygroup.com, the JTs Advisory Group mobile application, booking tools, forms, programs, and related services.

• Account and profile information when you register for the mobile app or member services.
• Booking, event, program, consultation, and support-request information.
• Payment and transaction details processed by Wix or its payment providers. We do not store complete card numbers.
• Messages, form responses, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.
• Conversations with our AI advisory assistant, follow-up preferences, and your consent selections for email or text communication.
• Device, usage, analytics, security, and diagnostic data generated when you use the website or app.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide advisory, coaching, speaking, program, booking, and member services.
• Respond to requests, schedule conversations, process payments, and provide support.
• Generate automated responses, help route your inquiry, and send the email or text follow-up you request.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and mobile experience.
• Send service communications and, where permitted, relevant business updates. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our users, business, and services.

Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with providers that help us operate the business, including Netlify, AI model providers accessed through Netlify's AI Gateway, Wix, email and text-message providers, booking, communications, analytics, and payment services; professional advisers; and authorities when required by law. These providers process information for the services they perform and are expected to protect it appropriately.

AI assistant and communications

Our website may use an AI assistant to answer general questions and help route inquiries. AI responses are automated, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not a substitute for professional advice or a conversation with our team. If you request follow-up, we may use the information you provide to prepare a personalized email or text. Text messages are sent only when you affirmatively select text follow-up; message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP to opt out.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including service delivery, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal compliance. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and account deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information, subject to applicable law and necessary record-retention requirements. Mobile-app members can use the account controls available in the app or submit an online request through our account deletion page.

Children

Our services are intended for adults and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
