These Terms govern your use of the JTs Advisory Group website, mobile application, member features, bookings, programs, and digital content. By using these services, you agree to these Terms.
Business and informational purpose
Our digital content is provided for general business, leadership, and educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, securities, or personalized investment advice. No website or app interaction creates an advisory engagement, fiduciary relationship, or other professional relationship unless confirmed in a separate written agreement.
AI assistant
The website may provide an AI-powered assistant for general information, service navigation, and inquiry intake. The assistant is automated and may produce incomplete or inaccurate responses. It does not speak as Justin Thomas, create an advisory relationship, confirm pricing or availability, or replace professional judgment. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information through the assistant.
Email and text follow-up
When you affirmatively request email or text follow-up, you authorize JTs Advisory Group and its service providers to contact you about that inquiry using the channel selected. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to a text message to opt out. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing services.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You may not impersonate another person, misuse another account, attempt unauthorized access, or use the services in a way that disrupts their operation.
Bookings, programs, and payments
Availability, pricing, payment terms, cancellation rules, and the scope of a service are shown during booking or described in a separate agreement. Payments may be processed through Wix or other third-party providers and are also subject to their applicable terms.
Intellectual property
The JTs Advisory Group name, branding, app, website, written content, videos, frameworks, and other materials are owned by JTs Advisory Group LLC or used with permission. You may use the services for your personal or internal business purposes, but may not copy, sell, republish, distribute, or create derivative commercial works without written permission.
Third-party services
The services may link to or rely on third-party platforms. We are not responsible for the independent content, availability, or practices of those providers.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JTs Advisory Group LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the digital services. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
Suspension and termination
We may limit or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, our business, or the services, or when these Terms are violated. You may stop using the services at any time and may request account deletion through our account deletion page.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these Terms as our services change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
