How to interpret the score

The total matters less than the pattern.

Do not average away the problem. A leadership team can score well overall and still have one weak area creating disproportionate friction.

  1. 40–50

Strong foundation. Focus on consistency, succession, and protecting what already works.

  2. 30–39

Functional but uneven. Two or three leadership systems likely need greater clarity or discipline.

  3. 20–29

Execution risk is rising. Priorities, ownership, and accountability may not be operating as one system.

  4. 10–19

Leadership misalignment is likely visible throughout the organization and customer experience.
